What to know
- Only built-in plugins are supported by the Builder team.
- For issues you encounter with community or private plugins, reach out to the creators of that plugin.
Built-in plugins
Built-in plugins are fully supported by the Builder team, with ongoing maintenance and iterations. View built-in plugins on your Space's Plugins page, where you can connect them.
Support resources
Our Engineering, Product, and Support teams aid in the upkeep of built-in plugins. Feature requests and bugs are reviewed and prioritized on a regular basis.
Community plugins
Community-developed plugins are not supported by the Builder team, but are available for users to enhance their experience. For more details, visit Making a plugin and Builder's GitHub documentation on contributing to plugins.
For an example of a community plugin, visit the Bynder plugin on Builder's GitHub.
Support resources
These plugins are not maintained by the Builder team. If you encounter an issue with a community plugin, contact the plugin creator.
Private plugins
Private plugins are included with paid plans, and Builder enables them for each Organization. If you don't see private plugins in your Space, contact your Builder account team. Only the Organizations you choose can access your private plugins. For more details, visit Private plugins.
Support resources
Support for private plugins depends on your organization's agreement with Builder and your existing resources. If you're unsure of your organization's agreement, reach out to your internal development team directly to see what actions you can take to get support.
